Show Up and Train Schedule
Save yourself some time and forget about showing up on time. Combat Circuit’s efficient 30-minute workout cycles continuously for two-and-half hours a day. During that time, you can show up at any time to begin your workout. Meaning, you can come in and train at 5:00, 5:10, 5:25, or any other time between 5:00 and 7:30 P.M., and be finished with your workout 30-minutes later. You never have to worry about showing up to class late, as long as you make it in before last call at 7:00, because we close promptly at 7:30.
During class hours, you will have a well qualified instructor to take you through each exercise and correct your techniques. Not only are you going to get in fantastic shape, but you will also learn real MMA techniques from experienced trainers. Our 30-minute workouts are designed to be as efficient as possible, so you can get in, workout, and be on your way in half the time you would spend in other fitness programs.

Open gym hours are available so you can come in and hit the bags and ride the cardio machines on your own time. Combat Circuit members can receive a discount on other LUTE! training programs like wrestling with Daniel Cormier or jiu jitsu with Leandro Vieira.
